I have a team of people working in DOORS who have having performance issues. They are connecting to the server through the network. While doing a csv import of 600 rows, it took them about 20 mins to do the import. When I did the same import from my home office it took me less than 1 minute. We have had the network team test out quite a few things along with using a sniffer - there doesnt seem to be any problems with the network, the laptops. The performance is getting progressively worse and now the application keep shutting down randomly. |
